Anger Awareness (4 sessions)

Date: Wednesday evenings, March 28 - April 18 and

           June 6 - June 27

Time: 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.

Objectives in this workshop are:

  • to develop a clear understanding of anger
  • to learn how anger can work for you, not against you
