SENIOR SERVICES

Senior Services provides programs that help to assist seniors to maintain their independence, well being, and to foster respect for the contributions of older people in all aspects of life by:

• Providing a centre where individuals can access resources and services.
• Offering assistance with information and completion of forms.
• Creating an environment for companionship and support in times of illness and transition.
• Providing wholesome nutrition, companionship, and a caring smile.
• Developing teamwork and community spirit among businesses.
• Partnering with other groups to advocate for new facilities and increased services.

Funding
Individual donations, Royal Canadian Legion Ladies Auxiliary, Soroptomists, Abbotsford & Clearbrook Lions Club, Fraser Health Authority, and United Way of the Fraser Valley fund the majority of services provided by Senior Services.
