Victims Assistance in filling out and filing compensation forms and impact statements to reduce confusion.
Referals to specific counselling agencies or appropriate support groups.
Specialized Victim Assistance is a confidential service provided by well trained and caring support workers who will offer emotional support and practical assistance throughout the justice process for victims and their families.

Victim Impact Statements
As a victim of crime, you have a right to complete a Victim Impact Statement. This statement, describing your feelings about the crime and how it has affected you, is presented to the court and is taken into consideration at the time of sentencing.
Criminal Injury Compensation
As a victim of a crime, you may qualify for monetary compensation provided by the Criminal Injury Compensation Act of British Columbia. We will help you with your application.
