Processes curbside recycling and drop-off recyclables

Abbotsford Mission Recycling Program

The Abbotsford Mission Recycling Program provides recycling services for the City of Abbotsford and the City of Mission. It provides employment opportunities for those with barriers to employment.

Archway employees hand-sort all curbside recyclables into different types of materials. Once sorted, the recyclables are either baled or loaded loose into shipping containers and sent to local markets for processing.

Eyeglass Recycling

The Abbotsford Mission Recycling Program collects old and unscratched eyeglasses for re-use as part of the Third World Eye Care Society (TWECS). TWECS collects eyeglasses and distributes them in conjunction with eye exams given by properly trained volunteers to individuals in developing countries. Drop off your old eyeglasses at your local recycling depot or email Abbotsford Mission Recycling to learn more.
